Hello, I'm Scott!

My software career started in tolling over twenty years ago. Having led multiple toll collection and related technology software teams over the years, I have developed my own approach to ensuring that things work as they should. In my experience, the requirements-gathering phase of any project is critical to ensure success. Unfortunately, we all know of too many examples where this phase of any project is not given the time and respect needed, and ultimately the end user is the one who suffers the most.

My goal here at A2T is to ensure that the requirements-gathering and documentation phases of any project I work on are complete and comprehensive. That it encompases and reflects not just the client's needs but also that the customer's expectations and experiences are nothing short of outstanding.
